Whoever manages this company did it right. I understand it's apparently locally owned and operated, although I haven't met management or owners unless they were who I spoke to on the phone. The employees seem happy, enthusiastic, and judgment free- which made me feel better. While getting your house cleaned might seem like an upbeat activity, I do struggle with some depression so some things were left neglected that I wasn't proud of. In short, it was difficult to let people I didn't know come into my home. But, the lovely women who came to work that day made me feel comfortable enough to leave the house for errands, after we discussed what needed to be done. They were also well supplied with a variety of tools and cleaning products. The work was done in a timely and efficient fashion. There is a two hour arrival window, in which they arrived promptly at the top of. I had initially gone for the basic options + windows and carpet, but after the professionals did a quick inspection they noticed some other issues that needed to be addressed. This is where they got my respect- my oven and showers were in poor shape. They did NOT try to up charge me, but instead explained how I could easily cleanse and maintain those areas. I also learned that the trays underneath the burners can be replaced for cheap. Either way I opted to have them address the showers and oven. The first option that I hired them for took them several hours to finish in one day, and the extras we discussed had to be done over the next two days, as I hadn't initially signed up for those. Overall, I was very happy with their flexibility and honesty when it came to the tacked on extras. I will be using this service to maintain the good work they started. I feel like this service was a good step for anyone feeling stuck in a rut or overwhelmed with day to day life. Don't forget to tip!

We hired Gleaming Clean to do a deep clean.  The cleaner was punctual and thorough from the start.  When they were done our home felt refreshed and organized!
