This position requires regularly lifting and carrying cleaning equipment and supplies up to 40 pounds, climbing stairs, working on potentially slippery surfaces, and frequently kneeling, bending, stooping, reaching, gripping, scrubbing, and spraying throughout an 8-hour shift. Employees must also be able to safely use standard cleaning chemicals while wearing provided PPE, work in homes with pets and common allergens such as dust and pet dander, and identify small spots, debris, and areas needing detailed cleaning. This position is scheduled Monday through Friday during our standard service hours of 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Employees may sometimes need to arrive at the first client location by 9:00 a.m. and may occasionally need to work past 5:00 p.m., with breaks, to complete a deep cleaning service to company standards.
